Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LeadGenBerry (leadgenberry.com, "the Service"), operated by LeadGenBerry ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
1. The Service
LeadGenBerry finds prospects on LinkedIn that match a customer profile you approve, and performs outreach on your behalf through accounts you connect: LinkedIn invitations and messages, and emails sent from your own mailbox. You review and control targeting, message templates, and pacing settings; outreach runs under your instructions.
2. Subscription, trial, and billing
The Service costs $49 per month. New workspaces start with a 7-day free trial that requires a payment card; the first charge occurs at the end of the trial, not before. Cancel during the trial and you owe nothing. After the trial, the subscription renews monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no partial refunds. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal. Billing is handled by Stripe; we never store your card details.
3. Your accounts and your responsibility
Connecting a LinkedIn account or mailbox authorizes us and our infrastructure providers to act through it on your behalf. Automated activity on LinkedIn may breach LinkedIn's User Agreement, and LinkedIn may restrict or terminate accounts it believes are automated. We build for conservative, human-like volume, but you use the Service at your own risk and remain responsible for your accounts. LeadGenBerry is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory outreach; to send spam as defined by applicable law (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR/ePrivacy rules that apply to you); to contact people you are prohibited from contacting; or to attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend workspaces that endanger the platform or other customers.
5. Your data
Your workspace content — profiles, campaigns, leads, conversations — is yours. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service on it. On account deletion we delete workspace data within 30 days, except minimal records we must keep for legal or billing reasons. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee outreach results, reply rates, or the accuracy of third-party data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including restriction of your LinkedIn account or mailbox.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime from the billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
8. Changes and contact
