Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data: your name, email, and password hash. Workspace content: the company profile, campaigns, templates, and settings you create. Connected-account data: when you connect LinkedIn or a mailbox, we process the profile data, conversations, and contacts needed to run your outreach — the connection itself is held by our infrastructure provider; we never see or store your passwords. Lead data: public professional profile information about the people your campaigns surface, and business email addresses found through enrichment. Usage: ordinary server logs and a session cookie. We use no advertising trackers.

What we use it for

Solely to operate the Service: finding and scoring leads against your customer profile, drafting and sending outreach you configured, showing replies, billing, and support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

Processors we rely on

We share data with the subprocessors that make the Service work: hosting infrastructure, Unipile (LinkedIn and mailbox connections), Findymail (business-email enrichment), Stripe (payments — your card never touches our servers), OpenRouter (AI drafting and scoring), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only what its function requires.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is kept while your account is active. Delete your account (or ask us to) and we delete workspace data within 30 days, keeping only what law or accounting requires. Database backups age out on a rolling schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. People contacted through the Service may object to processing; we honor exclusion requests and our customers are obligated not to re-add excluded contacts. Write to hello@leadgenberry.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to what operating the Service requires, and provider credentials are held as secrets outside the codebase. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you without undue delay.
